APPEARANCE: Marron is the opposite of his crass-looking older brother, with his pale skin, gold eyes, and feminine features. He has long black hair that hangs about down to his waist, and generally dresses in long white robes.
PERSONALITY: He's a fairly quiet person, and rather shy, due to a lot of bullying about his looks when he was younger. Marron is also fiercely loyal, and will disembowel anyone who hurts his brother. While he's a very powerful Eastern Mage, he doesn't like to flaunt his magic much.

Marron Glace is the younger brother of Carrot, although he appears older due to his height, as well as his calm, gentleman-like, and mature manner. He is an expert practitioner of Eastern style magic, which does not require one to be born a Sorcerer, as well as a very skilled swordsman; however he rarely uses his sword skills. He is pursued by Gateau because of his beauty. While he seems to mostly ignore Gateau's advances, there is a running gag with his overt, suspicious affection for his older brother (more pronounced in the manga than the sanitized anime). Though powerful, he does have some weak points shown better in the manga, such as a total lack of tolerance for alcohol. He's named after the European chestnut of the same name.
And, his beloved player describes him as "A freakishly pretty, occasionally crossdressing mage with a heart of gold and a hardon for his brother."
